I've spent more than twelve years in recruiting and Human Resources. My day-to-day is watching how people present themselves to the job market: their resumes, their profiles, the way they tell the world what they can do. And from that side of the desk I saw the same pattern for years: enormously talented people getting left out — not because they aren't good enough, but because no one taught them how to show it, and because good help is expensive, scattered, and hard to find.
At the same time I saw the other side: excellent coaches drowning in manual work, building every resume by hand, managing clients over WhatsApp and spreadsheets, without tools worthy of what they do.
Pathway was born at that intersection. I've supported more than 200 professionals in their careers, and I know exactly where the process breaks down. I built the platform I wish I'd been able to hand them.
